Abstract :
The performances of conventional CDMA (code division multiple access) detection are degraded too much by multiple access interference (MAI) comparatively than one more intelligent detection (maximum likelihood) which holds account of the interferences between the users. In this paper, we described ML detection for a channel with additive white Gaussian noise. This description has been realised with a diagram from which we developed mathematical calculations allowing to evaluate the performances of this method.
