Abstract :
Improvement of bandwidth of an electrically small and low profile antenna is studied. The bandwidth of electrically small and low-profile antenna in improved using a non-foster element (NFE). This antenna consists of an air gap and two dielectric substrates. The NFE is installed to the meandered line of antenna. As a result, Bandwidth of after installing NFE is 73.5 times wider than the bandwidth of antenna before installing NFE.
