  • Abstract
    A fast turn-around design environment is described. A set of design assistant tools is implemented and integrated in the system. These programs help designers to verify circuit function across different design levels, locate the over-loaded drivers, calculate power dissipation, and summarize detail data of the design. The functions of these tools are described. An example is given
