Abstract :
Subscriber radio location techniques are very popular these years. Taylor series expansion method is widely used in solving nonlinear equations, but its performance is highly dependent on the initial estimation. The proposed algorithm uses least squares algorithm to give the initial estimation and then an iterative algorithm is used to obtain the subscribers location. The performance of the proposed algorithm and several other algorithms are evaluated and simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has some advantages over the others.
