Abstract :
In this paper we present constructions of integrated transformers for differential circuits, which were designed for implementation in LTCC technology. Layouts and characteristics of transformers are presented. General dimensions of the transformers are investigated as depending on the structure´s characteristics. Designed transformers do not require the ferrite tape. The presented structures are highly applicable for use in double balanced mixer circuits.
