Abstract :
This paper presents design procedure of the low-frequency integrated low-pass filter suitable for integrated circuit fabrication. Design methodology is concentrated on the lowest power dissipation while retaining all other electrical specifications. It can be concluded that this filter should be a 5th order elliptic filter using signal flow graph method and it is easy to optimize dynamic range of the system level design. Integrators, which are the significant sections in this filter circuit, are implemented by operational amplifiers, resistors, and capacitors. This 5th order elliptic filter has 0.1 dB pass-band ripple and 2 kHz cutoff frequency with a single supply voltage of 5V
