Abstract :
Results concerning the implementation of switched capacitor (SC) filters with weakly nonlinear capacitors are presented. It is shown that low distortion transistor-only SC filters can be realized employing MOSFET gate structures biased in accumulation or strong inversion to implement the capacitors. As a consequence, mixed analog/digital circuits can be fully integrated using CMOS gate arrays
