Abstract :
We report on foundation of a new Microwave Laboratory in Mexico specialized on investigations in the fields of the telecommunications and control systems. It was created with aim of the students training in radar and passive antennas systems for monitoring such an interesting object as volcano Popocatepetl. It is developed as original prototypes allowing students use the microwave equipment in their thesis works.
