Abstract :
In this study, multilayer actuator type ultrasonic nozzle using PMN-PNN-PZT ceramics was manufactured and its electrical characteristics were investigated. The driving current and voltage with driving time were stabilized after 10min operation and showed the optimum value of 22mA and 39V, respectively. The driving power increased until 10min operation and then showed constant value of about 0.88W. Maximum surface temperature of multilayer ceramic actuator was about 36??C in the experiment.
