Abstract
In the given paper the use of the emergence principle is considered as a new step for investigation of electromagnetic waves polarization properties at the scattering by complex radar object, include random complex objects. Unexpected for the existing polarization theory results have been found as the consequence of relations between a distributed radar object elements polarization properties.
