Abstract :
In this paper, the technical issues relating to space-based inter-satellite communication networks at LEO constellations are presented. Analysis and basic simulations of the satellite crosslinks are discussed. Furthermore, considerations on access periods and extent of coverage areas of a LEO spacecraft are considered.
