Abstract :
Wavelength stacking of NG-PON2 is exploited for optical frequency-set translation in remotely seeded ONUs. Negligible transmission penalties of 1.5 dB have been achieved over field-deployed 40km single-feeder PON with GPON class B+ budget and low signal-crosstalk ratio of 4 dB.
