Abstract :
This paper discusses the modeling of a third order nonlinear circuit containing a resistor with so-called bent hysteresis characteristic. It is pointed out that the model given in is incorrect. A correct model is derived in the present paper. The computer simulation shows that the model of Newcomb´s circuit proposed in the present paper agrees with the experiment shown in a previous article (1983)
