Abstract :
An algorithm that eliminates Doppler ambiguities from weather radar data is described. The algorithm processes data utilizing several mechanisms that have proven to be effective in a variety of weather conditions. These techniques include the use of multiple pulse repetition frequency (PRF) data, radial and azimuthal continuity, and a windfield model.
