Abstract :
This paper proposes a new design of frequency selective structure (FSS) based on a two-dimensional periodic array of L-type waveguide elements and air-filled square apertures. Simulated results are presented for dual-band dual-polarized FSS. Main parametric dimensions and incident angles are also examined to demonstrate the structure is high frequency selectivity and insensitivity to dimensions and incident angle.
