Abstract :
A diffractive model of spatial distribution of radiation scattered by a rough surface is proposed. The following angular dependencies are presented: - intensity of scattered radiation; - spatial frequency spectrum of fluctuations of the scattered field (static speckle-structure); - time frequency spectrum of intensity fluctuations of the radiation scattered by a moving surface (dynamic speckle-structure). The applicability of the proposed model for various wavelengths and objects types is experimentally confirmed.
