Abstract :
In this paper, an attempt to investigate the electrical and thermal performance of suggested hybrid photovoltaic/thermal water collector (PVTw) solar system with different arrangement of insulation. An additional insulation has been installed at the back of normal photovoltaic module to protect and hold the tube collector firmly. One of the PVTw system has been installed with fully covered insulation, and another PVTw has been installed with partially covered insulation. EPV LB250QM-60 monocrystalline PV panels has been used in this work.
