Abstract :
Although aiming at facilitating service level management, the SLA is unfortunately not so promising for contracting SLAs is retarded by some challenges. This paper proposes to build a SLA foundation temple library (FTL) to overcome the obstacles form the perspective of SLA templates. The FTL provides a comprehensive set of well-defined and reusable components for rapid SLA development with higher quality. Furthermore, with the object-oriented approach and unified modeling language applied, the FTL also achieves extensibility and flexibility as well as legible representation.
