Abstract
Taking 20V/2000A DC fused silica furnace as object to design a high frequency and high power DC power supply. The phase shifting full bridge zero voltage and zero current switching converter is used for the inverter of the main circuit, and the digital control system was designed by using DSP chip TMS320F2812. The simulation model is built by using the Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results proved that this kind of power supply can achieve soft-switching and provide a stable output voltage. Finally, the heating experiment results on the fused silica furnace are given to verify the correctness of the power supply.
