Abstract :
Food safety is closely related to people´s physical and mental health. But in recent years, food safety incidents occurred frequently. Thus it is important to build a food traceability system. The development of RFID technology and the rise of the Internet of Things provide a valid method to solve the problem. Combined with the characteristics of food supply chain, this paper studies the application of RFID technology in the information traceability system. On this basis, this paper proposes one information structure to provide evidence for collecting data in every part, and analyzes data sharing from the perspective of EPCIS.
