Abstract :
A multi-angle lensfree holographic imaging platform capable of resolving the depth location of cells or microparticles on a chip, with an accuracy much greater than that allowed by the detection numerical aperture is presented. This multi-angle holographic imaging approach could be especially useful for improving the throughput of on-chip imaging and characterization of cells within microfluidic systems.
