Abstract :
Creation of conductive tracks between contact points in the form of dynamic heterogeneities (heightened concentration of the charge carrier in the sphere attached to the surface that is the equivalent to metallized track only at the moment of signal transmission) is proposed. Such tracks are created owing to internal photo-effect with irradiation of sufficient intensity (laser or other kind) of the section between contact points at the efficiently appointed moment
