Abstract :
The reconfigurable RF module with Zero-IF structure has been developed at 698-802 MHz band in this paper, which has advantage of lower cost and ease to switch between different 15MHz signal channel. The varactor tunable microstrip band-pass filter, which is used to implement channel selection, performs excellent out-band rejection to all the interference existing in out band. The RF receiver has been designed, fabricated and tested. The measured result shows that the noise figure is 2.4dB, and the error vector magnitude is 1.8% when the input power is -20dBm and 7.5% when the input power is -80dBm.
