Logistics parks as infrastructures promoting modern logistics, have an extremely important role in the modern logistics system. This article firstly analyses the logistics services process of logistics parks, and finds out the elements of logistics services quality. Then, the paper designs a service quality evaluation model through analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods. The evaluation model could help the enterprises to understand the logistics quality level, identify the factors affecting their level of service and problems existing in service process, and finally provide evidence for enterprises to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
