Abstract :
The dynamic replication strategies for the Data Grid are discussed, which includes the intra-domain derivative strategy and the cross-domain expansion strategy. According to the strategies, a cross-domain expansion strategy of Cascading Replication plus Economic Model is described, which can evaluate the performances of the three different kind access patterns by using the three different replication strategies. The simulation results show that the replication strategy significantly reduces the average working time and improves the utilization of grid resources and validates the model´s superiority.
