High-tech industries usually develop in the way of agglomeration in practice. High-tech industry has higher requirement for technology innovation than traditional industry, and knowledge and technology information can be spread more quickly in agglomeration, so the speed of innovation is improved greatly, which will promote the growth of high-tech industry. The paper first discusses the knowledge spillover of high-tech industry agglomeration; and then it analyses the growth mechanism of high-tech industry caused by knowledge spillover deeply. And based on that, it puts forward some advices to the knowledge management of agglomeration regions.
