Abstract
The coal miner´s unsafe behavior is regarded as the most fundamental reason for coalmine accidents took place frequently in China. By dividing coal miner´s behavior into three stages of task selection, action pattern selection and practical action, the generating process of coal miner´s unsafe behavior was analyzed, and the performance type of coal miner´s unsafe behavior was revealed. By regarding management behavior as two parts of designing behavior and managing behavior, the relationship between management behavior and miner´s unsafe behavior was analyzed. On this basis, the process and the numbers of coal miner´s unsafe behavior during a certain period were described, and the management system model of coal miner´s unsafe behavior was constructed. It provides the precondition of further research on the effectiveness of different management behavior, and coalmine safety management system.
