Abstract :
In recent years, artificial intelligence machine becomes the hotspot in computing research. Rescue robot is an application in searching and rescuing of intelligent robot. A rescue robot should be provided with sensory ability, decision-making, environment information transmission and emergency rescue undertaking. The architecture of our first generation rescue robot design were elaborated in this paper, because its disadvantages when a diverse rescue operation environment, such as the interrupt of communication, lag of information transmission, airy humidity and difficult way, an improved architecture of rescue robot was investigated. Vision perception, environmental illumination, decision-making, power management, relief materials transport were concerned in this architecture; peculiar conditions as communication interrupt, harsh environments were concerned in software and hardware design.
