Abstract :
Summary form only given, as follows. In connection with the deforming plasma systems these questions are raised: Can the general nature of the behavior of the deforming electromagnetic radiation systems be investigated without quantum statics with the help of qualitative theory of second-order linear differential equations so that the results are true with respect to classes of fast-changing or singular deformations? Or, what are the new radiation and deformation laws?.
