Abstract :
Photonic quaternary phase-shift keying (QPSK) signal generation with largely tunable carrier frequency is proposed based on a tunable comb filter with the phase control of two binary bits and the process of frequency to time mapping. 20Gbit/s QPSK signals at the carrier frequency of ~40GHz, ~80GHz are generated in our experiment.
