  • Abstract
    This paper adopt the high voltage pulsing microcapsule shaping device to produce microcapsules. Through processing the experiment on microcapsule production by changing the voltage, frequency, pulse width and pushing velocity, we could get the parameters related with the controlling of the diameter, shape and homogeneous degree. It is concluded that the size of microcapsules is mainly influenced by the voltage. The diameter of microcapsules decreases as the voltage increases. The homogeneous degree is largely influenced by the frequency. The homogeneous degree turns to be better when the frequency increases. The diameter and homogeneous degree of the microcapsules are also influence by the pulse width that should not be too large, a quarter to one half of the cycle will be the best
