Abstract :
For Shandong Unicom, there are kinds of business needs. The main businesses are telephone services and internet services, all of these services require resources, especially optical cable line resources. If the resources can be clearly known, that is to say that the resources are made a good use of, the economic benefit will reach its maximization. The problems mentioned above can be solved by this optical cable line resource information system which is a part of the pipeline resource information system. The optical cable line resources´ feature including spatial location feature and attribute feature is displayed more directly by the optical cable line resource information system based on GIS.
