  • Abstract
    A different approach, focusing both on the power build-up and the optical spectrum build-up of the RSOA-based self-seeded transmitter, uncovers that steady-state is reached later than expected. Initial roundtrips are analysed to enlighten the mechanism of radiation formation from ASE.
