Abstract
The paper presents a computer program which enables storage and comprehensive analysis of statistical data referring to operational states of power units. Program allows to get basic reliability measures like mean time between failures, expected failure rate, mean time of a shutdown by the method of histogram with a set number of observations in each class and with application of standardized unit concept. A comprehensive reliability research of 370 MW lignite power units installed in Belchatow Power Plant has been done with the use of the program.
