Abstract
SSPS (Space Solar Power System) consists of many phased array antenna panels in space. The panels are large and light weight, so the panels are flexible structure. Therefore, there is a possibility to emit unexpected microwaves. To resolve the problem, MHI (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd) has developed two types of high accuracy phase control methods. The first is `PAC (Position and Angle Correction) method´. The second is `Parallel method´. Prototype systems of the two methods were developed. By the methods, the phase deviation was controlled within less than 1 degree accuracy.
