Abstract :
Using time-synchronized phasor measurements, the closed-loop identification of power system based on ambient signals is discussed, which could reflect the current operating characteristic of power system accurately and timely, and could solve the adaptability difficulties in the regulator design. In this paper, ambient signals based closed-loop identification of power system with multiple small amplitude stochastic disturbances is theoretically studied, including the closed-loop identifiability, the identification consistency and the identification convergence. The requirements for realizing the closed-loop identification of power system based on ambient signals are finally summarized, and the results are verified by simulation examples.
