Typology of Liability of Network Infringement

There are many and different patterns of network violation problems happened in our real-life, but "Tort Liability Law of People\´s Republic of China" only adopted one provision to regulate the network infringement, so there are a lot of specific operational problems in the law. This paper is to type variety of network infringement and tort liability by using the standard of the type of network tort main body. Different tort liability will be applied to different infringement liability arising from different network tort main body in order to better solve real problems in the network infringement.
