Abstract :
SVG is a powerful, XML-based pure text graphic format, which is suitable to describe power network model. VB.NET has a good language interoperability and custom control function. This paper combining SVG and VB.NET together, SVG as graphical basis of visualization of power system, VB.NET as the development platform of power system visualization, has realized the visualization of power system components.
