Abstract :
A design sequence for a maximum power output loop oscillator using a surface acoustic wave (SAW) resonator at 303.5 MHz is described. The loop oscillator design technique provides a non-iterative solution for the circuit parameters and presents an optimum load or source to the active device under consideration. A block diagram of the loop oscillator and the design criteria are shown. Data relating to the performance of the oscillator are presented
