Abstract :
The breakthrough to promote the operation and management capacity of electric power enterprises lies in the construction of a new-generation integral decision analysis platform specialized in integrating indicator management, subject analysis and theme analysis. By combining the respective advantages of the management of key performance indicator system and business intelligence, the decision analysis platform adopts indicator as business orientation, data warehouse as the cornerstone, and business intelligence analytical tool as terminal application. Through the proposition of overall planning of the subject domain of business intelligence of electric power enterprises, and the comprehensive utilization of data warehouse, on-line analysis and processing, and mathematical analysis model, etc., customized view is provided for management staff and operation staff at various levels. In this way, the ability to acquire management analysis information of the enterprises can be expected to improve, which will further promote the quality and speed of management and decision.
