Abstract :
In this paper, a piecewise linear sliding surface guaranteeing finite time convergence is proposed. The conventional terminal sliding mode controllers using terminal sliding surface have some problems on the singularity. The proposed method, however, gets over the problem, and it also ensures that the error converges zero in finite time
