Abstract
A full wave analysis of a slow-wave microstrip transmission line on a ferromagnetic semiconductor with an insulator is presented. The spectral domain method with a sampling theorem is used. A new current distribution is applied. The slow wave factor obtained is higher than that when lossless ferromagnetic material is used only. Phase shifting is achieved also by the same structure
