Abstract :
For education of marine engineer training and fault diagnose of marine power system, a large container ship power system is investigated. The techniques of system simulation are used for building a large marine power system simulator. Such as computer human machine interface, local area network and system modeling. A training of computer based education method is realized under the simulator system with local area network techniques. Marine power system simulation model is built by apply dynamic modeling theory of power system. The power system model is made of diesel engine generators, power network, system management model and so on. Simulation results are obtained. Such as lubricating oil pump starting, three phases ground of network fault and main switch trip of generator.
