Abstract :
Despite the rapid growth of technology and Internet-based trading platform, there are rare e-systems particularly suitable for China coal trading but offer, if at all, minimal transaction support to the customers. In the real world, that China coal trading take into account many parameters and be performed in many forms. This paper discussed the difficulties for designing China Coal Trading information platform. Then, Using a combination of Flow Diagram and Data Dictionary technology, we proposed six transaction modes for the information platform: Inviting Agreement for Ordering Transaction (IAOT), List Transaction (LT), Competing for Purchase Transaction (CPT), Competing for Selling Transaction (CST), Auction Transaction (AT) and Bidding Transaction (BT). IAOT is the most important transaction mode for it fitting for the giant customers´, in particular the power plants´ requirement. LT is the major transaction mode for routine online coal trading. The other four models are used to resolve some special cases that IAOT and LT can´t settle.
