Abstract :
This article is about the technology of using Otsu algorithm to binary the license plate image. Meanwhile, the author presents the theory of Otsu algorithm, and the theories of binarization method to deal with gray-scale image of the license plate. Then the results of the license plate image binarization based on MATLAB are presented.
