Abstract :
Summary form only given. Nowadays a wide set of products for medical technology and microelectronics as well as artificial ecosystems (orbital space stations, inhabited hermetic objects of long term functioning) should lie processed by means of advanced reliable technologies of sterilization and decontamination which don´t require high temperatures. As follows from our research, a perspective in that respect technology is based on the use of non-equilibrium low temperature air plasma at atmospheric pressure which makes it possible to sterilize thermosensitive materials and contains a wide spectrum of sterilization agents. As a source of that plasma a pulsed-periodic diffuse discharge at atmospheric pressure is used.
