Abstract :
In this paper, an experimental application focused on energy quality observation is developed. The required parameters are obtained from the system by the designed electronical measurement cards and then transferred to the computer. As the controller a Data Acquisition card is used and also a user-friendly web interface is prepared for computing and managing all of the information to show power quality, event detection and power metering. The interaction between user interface and the system is supplied via OPC server communication. Powerful capabilities for the measurement, analysis and monitoring of electrical energy has been obtained by using real-time data.
