Abstract :
In this work, the coherent properties of a generator radiation in a near range radar. coherent signals, scattered by hydrometeors, vegetation and moving objects were studied. The structural constant nonstationary frequency fluctuations determines the coherent properties of radiation in near range radar. For moving target recognition the ranking features were formed. The coherent radars has wide applications in the design of industrial sensors.
