Abstract

RFID is a Radio Frequency Identification, which has a unique advantage in data collection and data transmission. With modern logistics industry developing rapidly today, a great deal of information and automation technology is also used in logistics warehouse management system to improve efficiency. Anglicizing RFID and characteristics, this paper introduces the application of RFID in every links of logistics management and the design of hardware and software for entering storage, delivery of cargo from storage and examining goods of logistics warehouse management system by means of RFID technology, and emphasizing the importance of application of RFID to modern logistics management.
