Abstract :
This paper is concerned with the design of H∞ controller for uncertain systems with time-varying delay. By constructing a Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and introducing some free-weighting matrices, a delay-dependent bounded real lemma (BRL) is presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Based on this BRL, an H∞ controller is designed to stabilize the system and preserve a prescribed H∞ performance level of the closed-loop system. Numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness and less conservatism of the proposed results.
